The problem of professional training of future engineers-engineers in the technical university is studied. It is considered the implementation of pedagogical conditions that contribute to the improvement of this training. The ways of introduction of the offered pedagogical conditions in the process of professional training of students are offered.Досліджується проблема професійної підготовки майбутніх інженерів-програмістів в технічному університеті. Розглядається реалізація педагогічних умов, що сприяють удосконаленню цієї підготовки. Пропонуються шляхи впровадження запропонованих педагогічних умов у процес професійної підготовки студентів

This article is devoted to consideration of the directions of improvement of the higher education in Ukraine with use of positive Polish experience in the training of future specialists. Модернізація змісту та структури лідерства як перспектива підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності майбутнього фахівця

There have been viewed the outlooks on leader and leadership in historic retrospective and performed an analysis of the existing concepts of the given definition’s interpretation. The detailed substance of the researched term has been shown and an attempt has been made to modernize it by introducing a new component to its content. For the first time the authors introduce the notion of a team in a sense of a necessary component of the term of leadership. Topicality of resonance leadership has been proved from standpoint of a leader’s structure transformation with introducing special components and competencies which ensure the increase of a future specialist’s competitiveness level.Розглянуто погляди на лідера та лідерство у історичній ретроспективі, здійснено аналіз існуючих концепцій трактування даної дефініції. Показано докладний зміст досліджуваного терміну та здійснено спробу його модернізації шляхом додавання до сутнісного наповнення нового компоненту. Вперше автори впроваджують значення поняття команда як необхідної складової лідерства. Порівняльний аналіз концепцій підготовки лідерів в вищих навчальних закладах Великобританії та України

The paper presents a consistent comparative analysis of the leadership training concepts in the United Kingdom and Ukraine, based on the example of the University of Greenwich and the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute". We define basic principles of leadership training at the Department of pedagogy and psychology of social systems management. Special attention is paid to the importance of implementing a synergetic approach in the training of modern managers-leaders. The highlighted similarities in leadership training in the UK and Ukraine are the synergistic approach, cluster approach, a focus on the personal traits development of future leaders.В статті представлено послідовний порівняльний аналіз концепцій підготовки лідерів в Сполученому Королівстві та Україні, на прикладі Університету Грінвіча та Національного технічного університету "Харківський політехнічний інститут". Формирование воли как необходимое условие самовоспитания личности лидера в процессе обучения

The article deals with the problem of will and its formation in the process of training at college as a necessary condition of self-education of a leader’s personality. Interrelation of this process with motivation and the process of personality’s self-governance is shown. The role of self-control and personality qualities pertaining to it has been studied. It has been established that the more rationally the acts of self-control are distributed the larger number of energetic possibilities can be released to manifest a will-effort, and the more intensive it may become. A great attention is paid to personality’s self-education, its content, diagnostics, stimulation, and the role of pedagogic guidance.В статье рассмотрена проблема воли и ее формирования во время обучения в вузе как необходимое условие самовоспитания личности лидера. Показана взаимосвязь этого процесса с мотивацией, процессом самоуправления личности. Изучена роль самоконтроля и качеств личности, ему способствующих. Установлено, что чем более рационально распределяются акты самоконтроля, тем больше энергетических возможностей может быть высвобождено на проявление волевого усилия, тем более интенсивным оно может стать. Большое внимание уделено процессу самовоспитания личности, его содержанию, диагностике, стимулированию и роли педагогического руководства

Готовність майбутнього фахівця до професійної діяльності і роль контекстного навчання в її формуванні

The article deals with the problem of future specialists’ readiness for professional activity and its urgency in modern conditions. In scientific works readiness for activity is defined as a wholesome psychologic phenomenon integrating a personality’s knowledge and skills concerning their performance of a certain kind of activity. There has been shown the necessity in unity of professional and personality development of students in the course of their learning at higher education establishments. There have been viewed pedagogic conditions necessary for a student’s dynamic movement from learning to professional activity, transformation of the first one into the second with the corresponding change in needs, motives, aims, actions, means, the object, and the results. For this in the process of learning there should be quite consistently modelled the content specialists’ professional activity from the perspectives of its subject-and-technological (subject context) and social components (social context). These demands are met by the context teaching which ensures the transition, transformation of one type of activity (cognitive) to another one (professional).У статті розглянуто проблему готовності майбутніх фахівців до професійної діяльності та її актуальність у сучасних умовах. У працях вчених готовність до діяльності визначається як цілісне психологічне явище, в якому інтегруються знання, вміння особистості щодо виконання ними конкретного виду діяльності. Показано необхідність єдності професійного й особистісного розвитку студентів під час навчання у ВНЗ. Розглянуто педагогічні умови, необхідні для динамічного руху студента від навчальної до професійної діяльності, трансформації першої у другу з відповідною зміною потреб і мотивів, цілей, дій, засобів, предмета і результатів. Для цього досить послідовно моделювати у навчальному процесі зміст професійної діяльності спеціалістів з боку його предметно-технологічних (предметний контекст) і соціальних твірних (соціальний контекст). Цим вимогам відповідає контекстне навчання, що забезпечує перехід, трансформацію одного типу діяльності (пізнавальної) до іншої (професійної)
